Abstract
Objective To discuss the diagnosis and treatment of endometriosis rectum separated to the vagina.Methods The ch=limical data of six cases with womb membrane ectopic rectum to the vagina were retrospectively analyzed since August 2001~May 2007.Results The average age of patients was 38 years old.Clinical manifestations were sexual intercourse lower abdomen pain,CA125 served as a dynamic monitoring indicators.Preoperative medication was for six months and stopped immediately after surgical treatment;confirmed by pathology,vaginal separated rectal endometriosis.After regular follow-up there was no recurrence.Conclusion Endometriosis rectum to the vagina must be diagnosed with vagino-recto-abdominal examination,transrectal ultrasonography has diagnostic value.Surgery is the best treatment method.
