Abstract
A 30 year old woman presented with complaint of irregular bleeding and blood stained foul smelling discharge per vaginum since 1 month. Vaginal examination revealed presence of large cervical polyp. Cervical polypectomy was performed and histopathology examination revealed endometriosis.
