Abstract

Legal frameworks play a critical role during emergencies, as they can prescribe not only the rights and duties of individuals, but also the scope of the government’s responses to public health emergencies at local, national, and international levels. In this paper, the vital role of Saudi Arabia’s legal system in protecting and reinforcing public health will be studied in view of the case of the coronavirus in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
