Abstract
Objective:To detect the expression of macrophage colony-stimulating factor receptor(M-CSFR) in endometriosis, explore the role of M-CSFR in the pathogenesis of endometriosis. Methods:30 samples of ectopic endometrium and 15 samples of eutopic endometrium were collected from experimental group(the cases received laparoscopy and were confirmed by postoperative pathological examination),at the same time,15 samples of endometrium were collected from the cases without endometriosis as control group, fluorescent real-time quantitative PCR technology was used to detect the M-CSFR mRNA contents in the above-mentioned samples, then the role of M-CSFR in the pathogenesis of endometriosis was analyzed. Results:In experimental group, the contents of M-CSFR in ectopic endometrium and eutopic endometrium were(33.70±25.97) and(17.79±5.84),respectively,there was significant difference between ectopic endometrium and eutopic endometrium(P0.05).In control group, the content of M-CSFR in endometrium was(5.52±2.44),which was significantly lower than those in ectopic endometrium and eutopic experimental in experimental group(P0.05). Conclusion:M-CSFR may participate in the occurrence and development of endometriosis.
