The influence of Dan'e-Fukang soft extract on anxiety and depression of edometriosis patients

Objective To explore the influence of Dan'e-Fukang soft extract on anxiety and depression of edometriosis patients.Methods 83 patients with endometriosis were randomly divided into a treatment group,treated with Dan'e-Fukang soft extract and a control group,treated with Gesrtinone capsules.Gynecological examination,pelvic B-mode ultrasonopgraphy,liver function,kidney function and CA 125 were detected before and after the treatment.The alteration of dysmenorrhea pain,menstrual blood volume,and adverse reactions were observed.Self-rating Depression Scale (SDS) and self-rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) were used to test the patients after treatment.Results ① Endometriosis effective rate of the treatment group and the control group were 95.35％ and 100.0％ respectively.② SAS and SDS score of the treatment group were (48.56± 5.39) and (50.35 ± 6.76) respectively before treatment,(33.43 ± 4.52) and (35.54± 4.68) respectively after treatment.The score of control group were (46.92±6.35) and (53.41 ±7.00) before treatment (37.56±5.64)and (42.87± 5.79) respectively after treatment.The scores had no significances between the two groups before the treatment,but had significant difference after the treatment(P＜0.05).Conclusion Dan'e-Fukang soft extract has exact effects on endometriosis,and its effects on mood are partly independent from endomet riosis.
