Study of establishment and application of animal model in endometriosis

[Objective] Endometriosis is a common disease,and is one of the main causes of pain of pelvic cavity and Infertile in femme of reproductive age.Up to now,the cause of endometriosis remains unclear,the therapeutic effect is not satisfactory;the relapse rate was as high as 50%.Due to the limitations associated with invasive operation in human,we have developed the animal model as a basis for study.
