The Treatment Effect of Laparoscopic Surgery for Endometriosis with Infertility

Objective To analyze the effect of laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of endometriosis with infertility. Methods The clinical data of 80 cases of patients with endometriosis complicated by infertility admitted in our hospital from June, 2012 to June,2013 were analyzed retrospectively. And they were equally divided into the control group and the treatment group, the control group was treated with laparotomy, and the treatment group was treated with laparoscopic surgery. The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared and analyzed. Results The intraoperative blood loss, the number of days using antibiotics postoperatively,and the postoperative hospitalization days of the treatment group treated by laparoscopic surgery were less than those of the control group, the difference in treatment effect between the two groups was statistically significant(P0.05). Conclusion The laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of patients with endometriosis complicated by infertility has significant treatment effect with less pain, fewer complications and quicker recovery compared with laparotomy.
