Ecosystem, a specialized clinical framework for Personalized Reproductology and the Advanced Management of Complex Infertility Cases. The core of the protocol is the Binary Reproductive Timing (BRT) model, which treats the couple as a single biological unit. Unlike traditional methods, BRT utilizes the Chronological Interaction Engine (CIE System) to algorithmically synchronize the male spermatogenic cycle with the female follicular and endometrial receptivity windows. This approach is specifically designed to overcome repeated implantation failures (RIF), diminished ovarian reserve (DOR), and complications associated with severe endometriosis (via the Endo-Reserve surgical technique).
