Abstract
Objective To investigate the value of hysteroscopy combined with laparoscopy in diagnosis and treatment of infertility.Methods Seventy-eight patients of infertility with hysteroscopy combined with laparoscopy in treatment and pregnancy rates after operation were analyzed retrospectively during recent three years.Results All patients were operated successfully.Post-operation pregnancy rate of 42 patients with pelvic inflammatory disease was 30.95%.It was 31.25% in 16 patients with endometriosis;50.00% in 6 patients with polycystic ovary syndrome,40.00% in 5 patients with uterine cavitary benign lesion zero in 2 patients with genital tuberculosis;50.00% in 2 patients with uterine myoma;50.00% in 2 patients with ovarian tumor,and 66.67% in 3 patients with normal pelvic.Conclusion Hysteroscopy combined with laparoscopy plays an important role in diagnosis and treatment of infertility.
