Uterine arterial blocking in the treatment of adenomyosis

【Objective】To evaluate the value of uterine arterial blocking in the treatment of adenomysis.【Meth-ods】24 Patients diagnosed adenomysis in our hospital were received uterine arterial blocking.【Results】The im-provement rate of memorrhea and dysmenorrheal was 100% and 87.5%;Completely disappeared in 18 patients,sig-nificantly alleviated in 4 patients,1 patient recurred.The uterine volume shruntk 42.6%.【Conclusions】Procedure of laparoscopic uterine arterialbiocking can improved significantly Dysmenorrhea.It is effective and safe method in the treatment of adenomyosis.
