Abstract

Organ transplantation is a universally accepted treatment for organ failure. Hypothalamus- pituitary access normalizes post-transplant. Some of the gynecological complications post-transplant are prolonged like profuse menstruation and inter-menstrual bleeding or spotting. Reports also suggest a higher rate of endometrial hyperplasia (without atypia) in renal transplant recipients. After successful renal transplantation, cyclical ovarian function and fertility are often restored.
