子宮内膜症を合併した膀胱血管腫例

A case of bladder hemangioma with endometriosis is pre s e nted. A 19-year-old female was admitted to our hospital w i th a chief complaint of enuresis. Urological examination revealed bladder tumor and hemangioma of the hymen. Partial cystectomy, appendectomy and resection of hymen were per f o rmed. The excised bladder tumor weighed 340 gm. Microscopically, these specimen showed bladder hemangioma associated with bladder endometriosis and hemangioma of the appendix and the hymen. The surgical extirpation of the bladder tumor resulted in complete relief of h er enuresis. The literatures were reviewed and discussed.
