Abstract

Objective to investigate the endometriosis patients with body mass index(bmi) and clinical outcome of in vitro fertilization and embryo transplantation cycle relationship,and summarize the clinical experience.Methods this study from January 2009 to Mar 2014 to treatment of obstetrics and gynecology hospital during in vitro fertilisation(IVF) patients,180 cases randomly,divided into control group,endometriosis(EMS mild group) and endometriosis(EMS moderately severe group),the comparison between different groups of patients body mass index(bmi) and the relationship between the clinical pregnancy rate.Results the EMS mild group of patients with body mass index(bmi) and clinical pregnancy rate,compared with the control group no significant difference(P 0.05);EMS moderately severe patients with body mass index(bmi) and clinical pregnancy rate were significantly less than control group(P 0.05);EMS moderately severe patients with body mass index(bmi) and clinical pregnancy rate in patients with mild group were significantly less than the EMS patients(P 0.05);The above differences are statistically difference.Conclusion endometriosis patients with body mass index(bmi) and in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer cycle is closely related to the clinical outcome,the patient's body mass index(bmi) and clinical outcome in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer cycle is affected by the endometriosis patients illness weight,the weight of the endometriosis patients,influence the patient's clinical early pregnancy and abortion rate,should be timely diagnosis treatment,has the vital significance for normal pregnancy.
