Abstract
The analysis of 155 observations of an inflammatory infiltrate of the small basin's cavity, which were divided on three clinical groups, was done. The first group included 94 women (60,6%), operations at which were carried out only by surgeons (the lethality was 12,7%); 33 patients (31,3%) were included in the second group, operations at them were begun by surgeons, and then the gynecologists has been included in a brigade (without lethal results). The third group included 28 women (18,1%), operations at them were begun by the gynecologists, and then the surgeons has continued, that has been caused by difficulties of ablation of a center of an infection at 18 patients and with iatrogenic damages of sigmoid (5), straight line intestines (5) at 10 of them. Unfavourable outcomes of the treatment were revealed at 11 patients (7,1%), other problems at 33 (21,3%). Coordination in interaction of the surgeons and the gynecologists plays big value in a favorable result of operation.
