Abstract

Se presenta un raro caso de Endometriosis del 1/3 inferior del ureter derecho con repercusion sobre tractus urinario superior y cuya sintomatologia no fue predominantemente la hematuria en la etapa menstrual, como se describe en la literatura. La endometriosis fue un descubrimiento anatomopatologico. En la revision de la literatura no se describe ningun caso reportado con estas caracteristicas.
