大阪教育大学における婦人科相談の現況-月経困難症と血中CA125について-

1994年4月から1998年3月までに大阪教育大学保健管理センターに月経痛を主訴として来所したもののうち,十分な説明にて同意を得たものに対し,血中CA125を測定,並びに経腹超音波検査を行った。CA125は79例中20例25.3%で中等度高値を示した。また半年後再検したものは3分の2の症例で,次回もCA125は中等度上昇していた。超音波検査は76例に行い,子宮粘膜下筋腫1例,双頚双角子宮1例,重複子宮重複膣1例,チョコレート嚢腫2例,子宮腺筋症1例が認められた。この中で子宮奇形2例とチョコレート嚢腫についてはMRIにおいても同様の診断が得られた。|From April 1994 to March 1998, we selected the students who had visited the center of health service in Osaka Kyouiku University in order to consult for dysmenorrhea. Under the informed concent, we measured serum CA125 level and ultrasonographical examination. 79 students were measured serum CA125 level and in 20 students (25.3%), serum CA125 levels were moderately elevated. 76 students were done with ultrasonographical examinations. In 1 case submucous uterine myoma node, 1 case bicornis uteri, 1 case double uterus and vagina, 2 cases chocolate cyst, and 1 case adenomyosis were found.
