Change of serum IL-16 and TNF-αin infertility patients with endometriosis

Objective:To investigate the correlations between IL-6,TNF-a and endometriosis(EMs).Methods:Subjects were divided into 3groups:infertility group with EMs(n=62),EMs group(n=30)and the control group(30healthy people).IL-6and TNF-a of all the subjects were detected,and the detecting results of each group were compared.Results:IL-6and TNF-a levels in the three groups showed a trend of decrease,but infertility group with EMs were higher than EMs group and the control group(P0.01)and EMs group was higher than the control group(P0.01);in the EMs group,IL-6and TNF-a levels in patients with stageⅢtoⅣinfertility were higher than those in patients with stageⅠtoⅡinfertility,which was of statistical difference(P0.01);and serum IL-6level was positively correlated with TNF-a(r=0.928,P0.05).Conclusion:Serum IL-6and TNF-a may involved in the occurrence and development of infertility,and the detection of serum IL-6and TNF-aplays an important role in the diagnosis of the infertility of EMs.
