Abstract
The purpose of the study to determine the prognostic significance of genetic factors in the development of uterine fibroids and its combination with adenomyosis. Studied reproductive health 200 women aged 18 to 48 years, of which 64 with uterine myoma, 33 with uterine cancer in combination with adenomyosis and 103 without uterine fibroids and adenomyosis, the control group. Designed based on the genotyping of polymorphic markers of estrogen receptor alpha and tumor necrosis factor prediction algorithm size, growth rate fibroids and their recurrence to determine the tactics of conservative or surgical treatment (conserving surgery).
