Abstract

Abstract To effectively mitigate the electromagnetic noise from automotive electronic water pump, this paper proposes and validates an electromagnetic noise suppression method based on hybrid random carrier technology. By leveraging the control model of the automotive electronic water pump and SVPWM harmonic theory, the paper analyzes the relationship between harmonics and electromagnetic noise in the control system. and studies the mechanism of random signal. Building upon control model and theory of vehicle electronic water pumps, the paper introduces randomized carrier wave mixing., Simulation results are then analyzed spectrally using the power spectrum transform method to verify the suppression ability of the carrier randomization technique on the higher harmonics. Furthermore, experimental verification is conducted through a noise characteristics experimental platform, affirming its correctness and effectiveness. This method significantly improves the high-frequency vibration and noise of the automotive electronic water pump without compromising the original control system or requiring additional hardware inputs. Therefore, the research findings of this paper offer a novel solution to reduce the electromagnetic noise from the automotive electronic water pump, holding significant practical application value for water pump motor development.
