Abstract
In a new pacemaker implantation the surgical absorbable suture material usually doesn't cause problem to patient. We report a new pacemaker implant case complicated by a granulomatous reaction to non absorbable suture. The literature doesn't describe cases of reaction to suture material in the setting of pacemaker implantation.
