Abstract
Various immunomodulating drugs: levamizol in suppression of CMI and phagocytosis, gamma A in deficit of antibody synthesis and vitamins A, E, C, in patients with suppression of all immunological parameters, were added to the complex treatment of 67 patients with frequently relapsing inflammatory gynecological diseases and data for suppression of various components of the immune response. Inclusion of immunomodulators to the complex therapy induces a definite antirelapsing effect. Levamizol was of the highest clinical efficiency, presenting a definite antirelapsing effect of 66.67% of the patients, treated and observed for a period of a year.
