The Effect of Yitongxiao on the CA125 Serum Level in Patients with Endometriosis

Objective To investigate the influence of Yitongxiao on serum CA125 level in endometriosis patients.Methods 181 cases of endometriosis were recruited.They were divided into 3 groups,treatment group(90 cases) and control group of Sanjiezhentong(60 cases),control group of Fenbid(31 cases) respectively for 3 months.The clinical symptoms and serum CA125 level was observed and recorded before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate was 97.14% in treatment group and 91.43% in control group of Sanjiezhentong,and 34.29% in control group of Fenbid.The serum CA125 decreased in all groups.There was significant difference between treatment group and control group of Sanjiezhentong(P 0.01).And there was no significant difference between treatment group and control group of Fenbid(P 0.05).Conclusions Yitongxiao can significant improve the clinical symptoms of endometriosis,and can significantly decrease the serum CA125 level.
