Effect of Mongolian Medicine Gouqizi-7 on Hemorheology of Rats with Endometriosis

Objective: To observe the effect of Mongolian medicine Gouqizi-7 on the hemorheology of rats with endometriosis and probe into its action mechanism.Methods: 50 healthy female rats were randomly divided into 6 groups and given the medicine.After 1 month,collecting blood and detecting the high,middle and low shear viscosity of hemorheology.Results: Compared with the model group,the high and low shear viscosity of the Gouqizi-7 group were reduced significantly(P0.05),and there was no significant difference when they compared with mifepristone group(P0.05).Conclusion: Gouqizi-7 can obviously reduce the hemorheology of endometriosis in rats.
