Abstract
Objective To investigate the endometriosis diagnosis value and its correlation analysis of the role of prognosis by MDM2, PETN and P53. Methods Sixty endometriosis patients were randomly selected as the experimental group, 60 cases normal women by outpatient medical were randomly selected as the control group, the MDM2, PETN and P53 positive rate of two groups detected by immunohistochemical SP and fluorescence in situ hybridization were compared. Results The MDM2, PETN and P53 positive rate of the experimental group using immunohistochemical SP were higher than that of the control group(P0.05). Sperman rank correlation analysis showed that the onset of endometrial booth and MDM2, PETN and positive rate of P53 had a significant positive correlation(r=0.096, 0.038, 0.162).Conclusion MDM2, PETN and P53 plays an important rolein endometriosis development, the detection of MDM2,PETN and P53 in tissue samples found in the patient's recovery have an important clinical value.
