Abstract

The article presents the survey data of 23 patients of the reproductive age suffering from pulmonary tuberculosis. The majority of women (73.9%) has been found to suffer from menstrual cycle disorders, mainly caused by hyperestrogenemia and insufficiency of progesterone phase. Functional and morphological changes in the endometrium with pulmonary tuberculosis have been indicated to depend significantly on the activity of tuberculosis, chemotherapy applied and the degree of body intoxication.
