Abstract

Endometrial stromal sarkoma (ESS) bachadonning kam uchraydigan malign o‘smalaridan biri bo‘lib, erta tashxis qo‘yish va prognoz aniqlashda biomarkerlarning cheklanganligi tufayli klinik muammolarni keltirib chiqaradi. Ushbu tadqiqot ESS bemorlarida minimal invaziv biomarkerlarni aniqlash va ularning tashxis, prognoz va davolash strategiyalarini shakllantirishdagi klinik ahamiyatini baholashga qaratilgan. Tadqiqotda 80 nafar ESS bemori va 50 nafar sog‘lom nazorat guruhidan olingan qon va to‘qima namunalari proteomik va genomik profilatsiya yordamida tahlil qilindi. YWHAE, CCND1, shuningdek, miR-21 va miR-200c kabi sirkulyator mikroRNKlar sifatida aniqlangan asosiy biomarkerlar suyuq biopsiya orqali aniqlandi va kasallik bosqichi, relaps va omon qolish ko‘rsatkichlari bilan korrelyatsiya qilindi. Natijalar shuni ko‘rsatdiki, ushbu biomarkerlar erta tashxisda 87% sezuvchanlik va 92% o‘ziga xoslikka ega bo‘lib, ESSning klinik boshqaruvi uchun muhim imkoniyatlar yaratadi. Tadqiqot minimal invaziv biomarkerlarning ESSda klinik amaliyotni yaxshilashdagi potentsialini ta’kidlaydi.
