A control study on clinical effects and safety of Dan'e Funkang jiangao

Objective To explore the clinical effects of Dan'e Funkang jiangao and its safety on endometrisis.Methods 143 cases of endometriosis were recruited.They were divided into treatment group(87cases) and control group(56 cases) and treated with Dan'e Funkang jiangao and gestrinone respectively for 3 months.The effectives,serum CA125level and side-effects were observed and recorded before treatment and 4,8 and 12 weeks after treatment.Results There was no significant difference in overall effective rate between treatment group(97.7%) and control group(100%)(P0.05).Compared with before treatment,the symptom score reduced significantly after treatment 4,8 and 12 weeks(P0.05),especially in dysmenorrhea and Chronic pelvic pain.The side-effects of treatment group were declined.Conclusions Dan'e Funkangjiangao can singnificant improve the clinical symptoms of endometriosis with no obvious side-effect.
