Analysis of Clinical Diagnosis and Treatment of Endometriosis in Obstetrics and Gynecology

Objective To investigate clinical diagnosis and treatment of endometriosis in gynecology and obstetrics,and to provide the references for clinical treatment in the future. Method Sixty-six cases of patients with the endometriosis were randomly selected,the random number method was applied to divide patients into the control group and the observation group,patients in the control group were subject to conservative treatment,while patients in the observation group were subject to surgical treatment,improved effects of clinical symptoms for patients in two groups before and after the treatment were observed,and results were analyzed. Results Clinical symptoms of patients were improved after treatment,improved effects of patients with the infertility,pelvic pain,dyspareunia,menstrual cramps and other symptoms in the observation group were better than that of patients in the control group,The total effective rate of patients in the observation group was 69. 70%,which was also significantly better than that in control group with 36. 36%( χ2= 23. 203 5,P = 0. 000 0). According to clinical diagnosis and analysis from 66 patients with the endometriosis,existing equipment,instrument and medical technology of China still showed low success rate in diagnosing and treating patients with endometriosis,and the analysis of clinical diagnosis and treatment still needed to be further improved. Conclusion Clinical diagnosis and treatment of endometriosis certainly witness significant room to improve under the background that modern medical technology level of the gynecology constantly improved and advanced inspection equipment are widely applied to clinical medicine.
