Clinical observation of tree medical treatments after the surgery of endometriosis

Abstract
目的 观察临床上常见的子宫内膜异位症术后三种辅助药物的疗效.方法 随机选择行保守性手术且病理证实为子宫内膜异位症的患者,随访至术后2年,共87例(未完整随访者病例已去除),戈舍瑞林组26例、米非司酮组28例、孕三烯酮组19例、未用药组14例.观察其有效率、复发率、妊娠率.结果 三个用药组的复发率分别为7.7%、11.5%、10.5%均显著低于未用药组28.6%,有效率分别为73.1%、67.8%、73.7%均高于对照组57.1%(P＜0.05);用药组间无差异;一年妊娠率及两年妊娠率用药组均显著高于未用药组(P＜0.05),三个用药组之间无差异.结论 子宫内膜异位症术后结合药物治疗是十分必要且有效的,应该临床常规使用。
