Abstract

Objective: To study the effect of gonadotropin-releasing hormone agonist (GnRH-a) on the \nexpression of endometrial receptivity-related index HOXA10 through the action in vitro on \neutopic endometrial cells of patients with endometriosis. Methods: Leuprorelin (GnRH-a) \nand 17β estradiol+progesterone were used to act on eutopic endometrial cells of patients \nwith endometriosis and normal endometrial cells of control group respectively. The effect on \nHOXA10 expression in endometrial stromal cells and glandular epithelial cells was observed. \nResults: Compared with experimental group with E2+P alone, HOXA10 expression level \nin endometrial stromal cells of experimental group with E2+P after leuprorelin pretreatment \nincreased and expression in glandular epithelial cells decreased. For comparison within control \ngroup, HOXA10 expression levels in endometrial stromal cells and glandular epithelial cells \nincreased. Conclusion: Local effect of GnRH-a pretreatment in vitro on eutopic endometrial \ncells of endometriosis can increase HOXA10 expression in stromal cells and might improve \nendometrial embryonic receptivity in mid-luteal phase to some extent.
