Clinical Analysis of Endometriosis of Abdominal Wall andPerineum on 13 cases

Objective:To explore the causes and treatment of endometriosis of abdominal wall and perineum.Methods:TO review analysis on 13 cases of endometriosis of abdominal wall and perineum.Results:Among 13 cases,11 are endometriosis of perineum(84.62%).One is endometriosis of celiohysteromy section of abdominal wall(7.69%).One is endometriosos of protheca of musculus rectus on the left-side abdomen without injuries history(7.69%).The earliest case took place in 7 years after giving birth and the latest in 10 years,with an average of 6.2 years.12cases have algoknobs at the cut site.The size of knob is related to menstrual cycle.Only one case without any clinical appearances.Conclusions:It is very important to prevent endometriosis of abdominal wall and perineum,try to avoid the iatrogenic dissmination of endometrium caused by unterine cavity operation.Treatmend shoud be focus on operation to remove the ectopic focus.
