Abstract

Abstract: Background: Endometriosis is a common gynecological disease, which often occurs in women of childbearing age and seriously affects women's physical and mental health and quality of life. Clinically, leproteroline acetate is effective in the treatment of endometriosis, but long-term use may lead to hot flashes, osteoporosis, memory loss and other adverse reactions. Clinical studies have shown that leuprolide acetate combined with tibolone has significant efficacy and low incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment of endometriosis, but there is a lack of evidence-based medical evidence. Therefore, this study aims to systematically evaluate the efficacy and safety of leuprolide acetate combined with tibolone in the treatment of endometriosis. Methods: CNKI, VIP, Wanfang, Chinese Biomedical Literature Database, PubMed, The Cochrance Library Embase Web of Science and other databases were searched to collect the randomized controlled studies of leuprolide acetate combined with tibolone in the treatment of endometriosis. The retrieval time was from the establishment of the database to December 2020. Two reviewers performed literature screening and data extraction, and Meta-analysis of the data was performed using RevMan5.3 software. Results: In this study, the efficacy and safety of leuprorelin acetate combined with tibolone in the treatment of endometriosis were evaluated by clinical effective rate, estradiol (E2), follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH), luteinizing hormone (LH), bone mineral density (BMD), visual analogue score (VAS), Kupperman score and the incidence of adverse reactions. Conclusions: This study will provide reliable evidence for the clinical application of leuprolide acetate combined with tibolone in the treatment of endometriosis.
