The Application Value of Ultrasound in Gynecological Examination

Abstract
Objective To explore the application value of ultrasound in gynecological examination.Methods One thousand women who received gynecological examination in Liugang hospital from May 2011 to May 2012 were selected.All women were examined by ultrasonography,positive cases were confirmed by operation and pathology,scraping or hysteroscopy diagnosis,gynecological disease detection situations of different age groups were analyzed.Results Among the 1000 women,the incidence of cervical disease was the highest,up to 63.8%(638 /1000);among related cervical disease,the incidence of cervical cyst was the highest,up to 38.2%(244 /638).Gynecological acute abdomen disease was detected in 66 cases;cervical disease,vaginitis,uterine fibroids and adenomyosis incidence of different age groups were statistically significantly different(P 0.05);incidence of cervical polyps and acute cervicitis of different age groups were statistically significantly different(P 0.05).Conclusion Ultrasonography has the characteristics of simple operation,economical and practical,quick and accurate,which can reduce the diagnosis and treatment time to a certain extent,and reduce the rate of missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis,thus has great significance in promoting medical emergency work.
