Curative effect observation of GnRH-a in preventing recurrence of ovarian endometrioma

Objective: To observe the curative effect of domestic GnRH-a in preventing recurrence \nof ovarian endometrioma after operation. Methods: A total of 120 patients with ovarian \nendometriosis cyst were divided into observation group and control group according randomly \nnumber table. Patients of two groups were treated with laparoscopic surgery. Patients in \nobservation group were treated with Gonadotropin releasing hormone agonist (GnRHa), while \nthe control group received no medicine after operation. The curative effect, postoperative \nrecurrence and pregnancy of two groups were compared. Results: In observation group, the \ncomplete remission rate and pregnancy rate were significantly higher than that of control \ngroup. The recurrence rate of observation group was significantly lower than control group, and \ndifference was statistically significances (P < 0.05). In two groups, the recurrence rates of the \nphases III and IV were significantly higher than that of phases I and II. In observation group, \nthe recurrence rates of phases III and IV was significantly lower than of the control group, and \ndifference was statistically significances (P < 0.05). The follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) \nand luteinizing hormone (LH) levels in observation group after treatment were significantly \nlower than that of control group, and the difference was statistically significant differences (P < \n0.05). Conclusion: It’s worthy of clinic application for patients with ovarian endometriosis \ncysts by using GnRH-a to improve the curative effect and reduce the recurrence rate after \nlaparoscopic myomectomy.
