Investigation of the Preoperative,Intraoperative and Postoperative Nursing for Endometriosis Patients with Laparoscopic Surgery

Objective To explore the preoperative,intraoperative and postoperative nursing for endometriosis patients with laparoscopic surgery.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical data of 91 cases with endometriosis admitted in our hospital from December 2010 to December 2014.The patients were randomly divided into the control group(39 cases) and the observation group(52 cases).The control group were treated by the conventional nursing,and the observation group were treated by the preoperative,intraoperative and postoperative careful nursing.And the nursing efficacy was compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the observation group had much shorter length of stay[(4.12±1.02)d vs(7.69±1.03)d](t=16.254,P=0.0010.05).The incidence of complications was lower in the observation group than that in the control group(9.62%vs25.64%)(P0.05).The nursing satisfaction was higher in the observation group than that in the control group(92.31%vs 76.92%)(P0.05).Conclusion For endometriosis treated by laparoscopic surgery,the effect of preoperative,intraoperative and postoperative nursing is significant.
