Combined Ultrasonographically Guided Drainage and Laparoscopic Excision of Large Endometriomas
This prospective pilot study demonstrated that pre-operative GnRH analogue treatment followed by ultrasonographically guided drainage and laparoscopic excision is a feasible approach for large ovarian endometriomas.
