Micropathological study on the effect of Fugongning in inducing apoptosis of endometriotic cells

Objective To investigate the mechenism of Fugongning in treating endometriosis by micropathological method,and to observe the effect of Fugongning on inducing the apoptosis of endometriotic cells.Methods To making the model of endometriosis in rat by operation transplantation,after four weeks' administration,the apoptosis of endometriotic cells was observeds by transmission electron microscope. Results ①The size of transplanted object in treatment group was much smaller than that in control group (P0.05) , and the growth of focus was inhibited. ② The typical chracteristics of apoptosis in endometriotic cells in all the treatment groups were found out.③The level of serum E2 in Fugongning group was much lower than that in control group(P0.05).Conclusion Fugongning can induce the apoptosis of endometriotic cells.
