Abstract
The authors conducted a comparative analysis of laser destruction effectiveness in females with benign and dysplastic processes of uterus cervix in comparison with modern methods (electro and radio wave methods). 134 women with different uterus cervix pathologies, age 18-49 (the period of 2010 2012) took part in the investigation. The treatment had 3 stages. The first stage preliminary stage (anti-inflammatory and immunomodulating therapy). The second stage therapeutic (electrosurgical method 44 cases, laser destruction 55 cases, radio-wave conization 35 cases). The third stage recovery stage (regenerative therapy). Within control testing, 6 weeks after uterus cervix laser destruction in 96,3 % of cases complete epithelization and absence of subclinical features of HPV were identified. A high tempo of epithelization, flexible and scarless adhesion, and absence of deformation were observed. It makes this particular method to be beneficial for iparous women.
