Evaluation of the quality of life in patients with adenomyosis dysmenorrhea by taking YiKunNeiYi pills

Objective:The present study used the SF-36 scale to evaluate the quality of life in patients with adenomyosis dysmenorrhea by taking YiKunNeiYi pills treatment.Methods:The present study was a randomized,open-label,non-blinded clinical study,forward looking research based,supplemented by a retrospective study.The research object was patients with adenomyosis dysmenorrhea which was belong to blood stasis and kidney deficiency syndrome.The patients were assessed by dysmenorrhea score,SF-36 scale.TCM syndrome integral at randomization and 2 months after treatment;B ultrasound and serum CA-125 were assessed at randomization and 2 months after treatment.Results:YiKunNeiYi pills could improve the quality of life in patients with adenomyosis dysmenorrhea.Conclusion:YiKunNeiYi pills can relieve the sympotoms of patients with adenomyosis dysmenorrhea and improve the patients' quality of life.
