Abstract
Objective:To investigate the diagnostic value of serum tumor markers carbohydrate antigen(CA125)in patients with adenomyosis. Methods:A total of 90 patients with adenomyosis and 68 healthy subjects were chosen.Serum CA125 in 2 groups was determined by chemical luminescence immunoassay method. Results:The positive rate of serum CA125 in patients with adenomyosis was 78.89%.And the level of CA125 in adenomyosis was significantly higher than that in normal subjects(89.01±70.87 vs 14.63±7.13,P0.05),with78.89% sensitivity and 98.53% specificity.Conclusion:CA125 may be a better marker for clinical diagnosis of adenomyosis. But there is no correlation between the level of serum CA125 and the severity of adenomyosis.
