Observing the Palace Peritoneoscope Diagnosis and Treatment in 452 Cases of Female Infertility for Pelvic Diseases

Abstract
Objective To evaluate the efficacy of the palace peritoneoscope diagnosis and treatment of female infertility for pelvic diseases.Methods Diagnostic palace peritoneoscope was conducted in 452 cases of infertility for pelvic diseases and experiment with methylene blue fluid dynamically examined the conditions of Fallopian tubes,and remedial operation was performed simultaneously.Results Pelvic diseases were found in 157 cases(34.73%),of pelvic inflammation diseases,51 cases(11.28%)of endometriosis(EMS),116 case(25.66%)of polycysitic ovary syndrome.PID and Pelvic tuberculosis were the first two etiological factors of obstructed Fallopian tubes.After the operations of focus clearance,pelvic adhesiolysis and peritoneal fluids clearance,the cumulative pregnancy rates were 69.00%.Conclusion Diagnostic of the palace peritoneoscope can be used to identify the pelvic diseases related to infertility,to examine the conditions of fallopinan tubes and to perform simple operations simultaneously.The therapeutic efficacy of diagnostic laparoscopy for the early mild endometriosis was reliable that it should be generalized in primary hospitals.
