Abstract
Despite the huge achievements in the study of the period of perimenopause and endometriosis, this problem continues to attract the attention of both scientists and practitioners. Among the most significant consequences and clinical manifestations of estrogen deficiency developing in the peri- and postmenopausal periods and that have a significant impact on the quality of life of women of transitional age, combined in the concept of postmenopausal syndrome, are neuropsychiatric manifestations with menopausal syndrome (CS).
The choice of the drug in the treatment of CS in the presence of contraindications to traditional menopausal hormone therapy creates its own difficulties.
