Abstract

Endometriozis tam olarak anlasilamamis bir hastaliktir. Siklikla pelvik bolgede lokalizedir, fakat endometriozisin goruldugu yerler, ozellikle ekstragenital yerlesimli olanlarda, oldukca degiskendir. Bu durum taniyi guclestirir ve tedavinin gecikmesine neden olur. Zaman zaman ekstrapelvik yerlesimli endometriozise rastlanir. Biz burada, sezaryen skarinda gelisen bir endometriyosiz vakasi sunduk ve bu hastaligin fizyopatolojisine tekrar dikkat cekmek istedik.
