Abstract
Objective:To observe the effects of laparoscopy combined with goserelin on infertile women induced by pelvic endometriosis, and relapse rate, pregnancy rates and adverse reactions after treatment.Methods:208 women with pelvic endometriosis diagnosed by laparoscopy were enrolled and randomly divided into Goserelin treated group and control group.105 cases in Goserelin group received subcutaneous injection of 3.6mg Goserelin in the first day of menstrual cycle, one dosage per 28 days for three months.103 patients in control group just received laparoscopy without further treatment. All the patients were followed up for 6 to 12 months.Results:98% of the patients were followed up successfully(98%),pregnancy rate of patients in Goserelin treated group was significantly higher than that in control group(54.1% vs 8.4%,P0.05).Conclusion:Infertility due to pelvic endometriosis treated with laparoscopy followed by Goserelin will get better pregnant rate with mild adverse reactions.Laparoscopy combined with Goserelin is an important regimen in treatment of infertility induced by pelvic endometriosis.
