Diagnosis value of carbohydrate antigen 125 combined with CA19-9 in detecting endometriosis

Objective:To study the diagnosis value of carbohydrate antigen 125 combined with CA19-9 in detection of endometriosis.Methods:The levels of serum CA125,CA19-9 in 65 EMs patients,30 cases of benign ovarian tumor,55 cases of epithelial ovarian cancer were detected.The sensitivity,specificity of single detection and combination detection were compared.Results:There were significant differences in serum level and positive rate of CA125,CA19-9 concentration among groups(P0.05).The sensitivity of CA125 combined with CA 19-9 was significantly higher than that of single detection(P0.05).The positive rate of CA125 in diagnosing ES was significantly higher than in the diagnosis of epithelial ovarian cancer and benign tumors(P0.05).Conclusion:Combined detection of serum CA125 and CA19-9can improve the sensitivity in diagnosing Ems.CA125 of 35U/mL,140U/mL can be used as critical value to differentiate Ems,benign ovarian tumor and epithelial carcinoma.
