Abstract

Objective To compar the clinic curative effects between mifepristone and danazol in treating recurrent endometriosis after conservative surgery.Methods Eighty-seven patients with recurrent endometriosis after abdominoscope diagnosis were divided into two groups,46 treated with mifepristone(mifepristone12.5mg po.qd,Group mifepristone),41 treated with danazol(danazol200mg po.bid,Group danazol).The symptoms,signs,side effects were compared 6 months after treatment.Results The clinical symptoms and signs were significantly improved during treatment in two groups.There were no signifiant difference in symptoms such as dysmenorrhea,hypogastralgia during non menstrual period,sexual intercourse pain,pelvic cavity tenderness,rear excavation tuberosity and womb movement restriction between two groups.The side effect rate of vaginal abnormal bleeding,weight gain,transaminase elevation,skin change of mifepristone group was significantly lower than of danazol group(P0.05).Conclusion The treatment of mifepristone,danazol on postoperative patients with endometriosis is effective.Mifepristone caused side effects than that of danazol.Besides,patients are to accept it more easily.
