Clinical observation of laparoscopic surgery combined with drug treated on endometriosis:on 210 cases report

Objective To investigate the efficacy of combined treatment with laparoscopy and medicine on endometriosis.Methods The clinical data of 210 cases of endometriosis treated by laparoscopy with gestrinone and GnRH-a were analyzed retro-spectively,all cases were divided into gestrinone group(96 cases)and GnRH-a group(114 cases),and compared the remission rate,pregnancy rate and recurrence rate.Results The remission rate and the pregnancy rate of gestrinone group(89.58% and 52.38%)were lower than that(95.98% and 79.94%)in GnRH-a group,the difference were significantly(P0.05).The recurrence rate of gestrinone group was 18.75%,which was higher than that of GnRH-a group(5.26%)(P0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopy cobined GnRH-a is a safe and effective therapeutic means for endometriosis,which can effectively relieve the symptoms,increase the pregnancy rate and decrease the recurrence rate.
