Danazol combine Compound Zaofan Pill in the treatment of aplastic anemia

Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effects of Danazol combine Compound Zaofan Pill in the treatment of aplastic anemia(AA).Methods:A randomized control study,the eligible subjects was randomly divided into treatment group and control group,and they were treated with Danazol combine Compound Zaofan Pill and single-use Danazol treatment.Results:In the treatment group,2 cases cured basically,9 cases relieved and 6 cases improved,the total effect was 85%,significantly higher than 40% of the control group(P0.05).Conclusion:Danazol Combine Compound Zaofan Pill has a good efficacy on aplastic anemia,Compound Zaofan Pill has no obvious adverse effects,it is a good method to treat aplastic anemia.
