This paper reports a single case of a 31-year-old woman with painful uterine contractions and an abdominal wall endometrioma, described as an uncommon form of extrapelvic endometriosis typically arising in a prior surgical scar. During a caesarian section, the authors also performed excision of the endometrioma. As a case report, the major limitation is that it provides no comparative data or generalizable outcomes beyond this individual patient. This paper is centrally about endometriosis — specifically excision of an abdominal wall endometrioma performed during a caesarian section.
