Effect of triptorelin acetate for injection after operation with laparoscopy in the treatment of endometriosis

Objective To investigate the effect of triptorelin acetate for injection after operation with laparoscopy in the treatment of endometriosis.Methods One hundreds and twenty patients with endometriosis were treated in this hospital from January,2009 to January 2012.All these patients were randomly divided into two groups: trial group(with triptorelin acetate for injection,n=40) and control group(with gestrinone,n=80).The trial group was given intramuscular injection triptorelin acetate for injection 3.75 mg,1 time per 28 days,the time of duration is 6 months,the gestrinone group,oral gestrinone 2.5 mg,2 times per week,first day after operation of menstrual cramps,for 3～6 months.The curative effect and adverse reaction were compared in two groups.Results The clinical effect of triptorelin acetate for injection group is higher than gestrinone group.The relapse rate is lower than the gestrinone group.But the differences were not significant(P0.05).At the time of ovulation recovery time,were significantly less than that in the gestrinone group(P0.05).The acne,weight increase,gastrointestinal reactions and other adverse reactions was significantly higher than the gestrinone group(P0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic postoperative joint triptorelin acetate for injection in treatment of endometriosis clinical curative effect,which should be according to the patient's general condition selection of appropriate drugs.
